What needs my attention today?

The dashboard's big number is a count of milestones due in the next three days across every open deal, not a summary of everything on your plate. Everything else on the page, the stat row, the Milestones feed, the pipeline counts, and the finances panel, is built from the same set of transactions, just sliced a different way.
Steps
There is nothing to click to see this; it is what loads when you sign in. What follows is how to read it correctly.
- Read the headline number. It counts milestones due within the next three days that are not yet marked complete and are not overdue. If nothing is that close, the headline reads "All clear" instead of a zero.
- Check the three stat tiles below it. This week counts milestones due within seven days. Next 60 days counts every upcoming milestone inside a rolling 60-day window, not the calendar month. Closed counts deals with a Sold status this calendar year.
- Scroll the Milestones feed. Anything overdue is grouped first, under a Past due heading, oldest first. Anything upcoming follows, soonest first, inside the same 60-day window as the stat tile above it.
- Click the circle to the left of any milestone to mark it complete. It disappears from the feed immediately; the stat tiles and pipeline counts on the rest of the page do not need a reload to update.
- Check the Pipeline card on the right for a status breakdown: how many deals are in Contract, Active, Prospect, and Sold right now, independent of any date.
- Check the Finances card below it for the year's totals: transaction income, other income, and expenses, netted into a profit figure at the bottom. This card is hidden entirely in transaction coordinator mode, since it is an agent's personal number, not the file's.
What you should see
A headline number (or "All clear"), three stat tiles, a Milestones feed sorted past-due-first, a Pipeline card with four status counts, and, unless you are in coordinator mode, a Finances card totaling the year so far.
When it doesn't work
- The headline says "All clear" but you know something is close. "All clear" means nothing is due in the next three days specifically; check the Next 60 days tile and the Milestones feed below it for anything further out.
- The Milestones feed says "Nothing in the next 60 days." even though the dashboard is not empty. That is expected on a deal with no milestone dates set yet, most often a Prospect with no contract date, or on a deal whose only remaining milestone falls further out than 60 days. The Pipeline and Finances cards keep counting normally either way; only the feed is date-windowed.
- A milestone you marked complete on a transaction is still showing here. The feed only drops it once that completion actually saves; if the save failed silently (a dropped connection, for instance), reopening the transaction and marking it again from there resolves it.
