Why these two
They are the two questions we got wrong most often before there was software to get them right. What a deal is actually worth once the split and the cap have had their turn, and which deadlines just moved because one date changed.
Both are arithmetic. Neither is difficult. Both are the kind of thing that expands to fill an evening when there are fourteen files open and nobody has the whole picture in their head.
What they do not do
They work on one deal at a time, from numbers you type in. They do not know your book, they do not remember anything between visits, and they are not a substitute for reading your own contract or your independent contractor agreement (ICA). None of this is legal or tax advice.
