Pricing
A year of this costs one coordinator fee.
A transaction coordinator runs $350 to $450 a file. KeyFlow does the tracking half of that job — reading the contract, setting the dates, chasing the milestones, keeping your client current — for less a year than one file costs.
It does not make the phone calls. If you already have a coordinator, the Pro plan gives them a seat instead.
The private beta is still free and still open. Nothing below is charged until launch, and beta agents hear the date first.
Solo Agent
$30/mo
Just you, running your own book.
The whole product for one agent. It reads your contracts, sets your dates, chases your milestones, and keeps your client current, which is the work you would otherwise hand to a coordinator.
- 1 person, your own account
- 40 contracts read per month, about ten deals
- 100 emails drafted per month
- Client portal for every deal
- Milestone updates by SMS and email
Pro
$50/mo
You, plus your coordinator.
For the month you stop doing it alone. A second seat for your coordinator or a partner agent, and they can run your deals without seeing what you make on them.
- 2 people — you and another agent, or a transaction coordinator
- 100 contracts read per month, about twenty-five deals
- 250 emails drafted per month
- Coordinator mode hides your financials
- Team messaging
Team
$100/mo
Four in the workspace, plus three agents of their own.
Four people at the Pro rate, and the three team agent seats come with it. Add more agents at $20 each whenever the team grows.
- 4 people — agents or transaction coordinators
- 3 team agent seats included, more at $20 each
- 300 contracts read per month
- 600 emails drafted per month
- Shared templates and team messaging
Free — $0. Your transactions, deadlines, and checklists, for one person, kept indefinitely. No AI and no client portal.
Start freeThe team agent seats are the discount.
A discount is worth nothing if you cannot check it. Four people at the Pro rate is two Pro plans, which is exactly what Team costs. The three team agents, $60 of seats, are what comes free with it.
Cost of four people and three team agents
per month
Every number above is one you can check against the plans on this page. We are not marking the team agent seat up in order to discount it back down.
Side by side
Every limit, including the awkward ones.
Most pricing pages print the generous numbers and hide the rest behind fair use. The monthly allowances are real, they are what the software actually enforces, and they are all here.

* Three team agent seats are included with Team, and more can be added at $20 each. Team agents are a Team feature; the other plans do not carry them.
A contract read is one PDF up to 30 pages, put through the extractor and turned into dates and figures on the file. An email drafted is one pass of the writer. Reading the same contract again after an amendment counts again, because the work happens again.
Questions
The ones we would ask.
- What happens when I hit a monthly limit?
- That one feature stops until the month turns over, and you are warned at 80 percent rather than surprised at 100. Nothing else in the product is affected, and nothing is deleted. Your files, deadlines, and clients do not depend on the allowance.
- Why does Free have no AI at all?
- Because it is the expensive part, and a small monthly ration of it would be a worse answer than none. Free is a real transaction tracker you can keep using forever. It is not a crippled Pro.
- Why is the client portal not on Free?
- The portal is the part your client sees, and it is the piece that turns KeyFlow from your own record-keeping into something you put in front of someone else. That is the line between the free plan and a paid one.
- Is the account mine?
- Yes, on every plan. You are never a seat inside a brokerage account that stops being yours when you move. If you invite someone to work your files, they are working inside your workspace, and it stays yours.
- Solo or Pro?
- Whether anyone else touches your files. Solo covers about ten deals a month, which is roughly where one person stops being able to coordinate alone. That is the same month you hire a coordinator or partner with another agent, so Pro raises both at once: the second seat, and the volume that comes with two people working. A coordinator at $350 a file is the alternative, so the seat pays for itself several times over on the first deal.
- Who can the extra people be?
- Another agent, or a transaction coordinator. They work inside your workspace on your files. A coordinator can be set to coordinator mode, which hides Expenses, Income, and the Financials tab, so they can run your deals without seeing what you make on them.
- What is a team agent?
- Different from the people above. A team agent runs their own book in their own workspace rather than working inside yours, with their own allowance rather than eating yours. They see the team's shared vendors and partners, and their transactions roll up to the team. Three seats are included with Team, and more can be added at $20 each as the team grows. They are a Team feature only — Solo and Pro do not carry them at any price.
- When does billing start?
- Not during the private beta. When it does, beta agents hear the date first and get time to decide. Nobody gets charged for something they were using free the week before without being told.
- More than four people?
- Write to hello@keyflow.homes and tell us the shape of the office. We would rather quote something honest than print a tier we have not thought through.
The beta is open, and it is free.
The whole product, by invitation, no card. In exchange we want to hear what breaks.
