How do I turn on KeyFlow's automations?

The Automations page connects your whole workspace to three specific outside services and recurring emails; it is not a rules engine that watches a deal's status and fires an action when it changes stage. There is no "when a deal moves to Under Contract, do X" builder in KeyFlow today. What exists is three workspace-wide connections, each a simple on/off switch.

Before you start

• Only the workspace owner can turn an automation on or off, or change its settings. Everyone else sees the same three cards, correctly reflecting whether each is on, with a note reading "Only the workspace owner can configure this automation" in place of a working toggle.

The three automations, exactly

• Google Calendar. Mirrors closing milestones, inspections, and deadlines onto a dedicated KeyFlow calendar, once you connect a Google account with calendar access. It does not create a new calendar event the moment a deal changes status; it keeps that mirrored calendar in sync with whatever the deal's dates already say.
• Upcoming Milestones Digest. A recurring email, daily or weekly on a day you choose, summarizing what's coming up and overdue across your transactions. It fires on its own send schedule, never in response to a status change on any single deal.
• Team Message Digest. A recurring rollup of unread team messages and upcoming milestones, same schedule mechanics as the milestones digest.

Steps

1. Open Automations from the main navigation.

2. Find the card for the connection you want and click Configure.

3. Set it up: for Google Calendar, connect the account if it is not already connected; for either digest, choose the frequency, the send time, and, for the milestones digest, which milestone types to include.

4. Flip the toggle on the card itself, or inside the Configure panel, to turn that automation on.

What you should see

The card's badge updates immediately, Connected or On once everything needed is in place, or Action needed if Google Calendar is toggled on but the account connection needs attention. A summary chip at the top of the page counts how many of the three are active right now.

When it doesn't work

• A digest you enabled never arrives. Check whether you personally opted out of it; each workspace member controls their own subscription independently of whether the workspace-level automation is on, and the owner cannot change another member's subscription from the Configure panel.
• Google Calendar shows Action needed even though the automation is on. The workspace's Google connection needs the calendar scope specifically, not just a signed-in account; reconnect from the Configure panel to grant it.
