KeyFlow is one workspace for the work that actually pays you: transactions from contract to close, commission and capping math, client communication, and the file pile that follows every deal. Built for agents who think of themselves as operators.
The tools agents inherit from their brokerage are designed for compliance and oversight — not for the agent running the business. KeyFlow flips that. The transaction record, the commission math, the client portal, the email templates: everything is yours, structured around how you actually work a deal.
The AI Email Generator drafts inside your template editor with the deal's context already in hand: client names, property address, stage, timeline. Pick a saved signature, send it from your KeyFlow account, and have the thread linked to the transaction record automatically.
Hi Priya,
Following Wednesday's inspection at 17 Linden Court, three items came up that warrant a response by Tuesday. I've grouped them by what's worth asking the sellers to repair versus what we can negotiate as a credit at close.
Repair-worthy: water heater (no functioning T&P valve), the east-side basement window seal.
Credit-worthy: minor electrical — ungrounded outlet in the breakfast nook.
Happy to talk it through tonight. ▍
Splits, fees, and capping math live next to the transaction. KeyFlow shows your actual net — not the gross your brokerage portal hands you — and projects where your year is heading based on the deals already in pipeline.
Share a secure, read-only portal with each client. They see the timeline, their checklist items, and the documents you choose to share — in your brand, without another login to manage. You stop being a status update bot.
Twenty client-facing tools that share one model of the world: the transaction. Add a contact, and it knows which deals they're on. Send an email, and it shows up in the timeline. Close a deal, and your capping moves.
Every deal moves through the same shape. KeyFlow gives that shape a home, so you don't reinvent your process for every closing.
Upload the signed PDF. KeyFlow extracts price, parties, dates, and contingencies into a new transaction record — ready to review.
Choose your buyer or seller checklist template. KeyFlow pre-fills deadlines from the contract dates and shares the relevant pieces in the client portal.
Send templated emails from the transaction. Generate fresh drafts with AI when something is off-script. The thread stays linked to the deal.
Mark closed. KeyFlow logs the commission, advances your capping, and files the documents against the contact — ready for tax season and the referral down the line.
KeyFlow can send you SMS notifications about deal milestones and time-sensitive client portal activity. These are transactional account messages tied to deals you're already running. You opt in explicitly — we'll never use SMS for marketing.
To receive SMS notifications, a signed-in KeyFlow member opens Settings → Profile → Text messages, enters their mobile number, and checks the consent box below. No checkbox, no messages — consent is recorded with a timestamp and enforced server-side before any SMS is sent.
Add your mobile number to receive transaction reminders by text.

We're keeping the door open for individual agents and small teams. A simple monthly plan, no per-seat-shaped surprises, no annual lock-in. Plan details land alongside Stripe billing later this year.
No. KeyFlow is your operating tool. You configure your splits and cap structure (we support eXp-style capping and generalize from there). If you change brokerages, your data, your templates, and your contacts come with you.
In your KeyFlow account, on Google Cloud infrastructure. We don't sell or share your contact, transaction, or financial data. Export is supported — this is your business record.
It works on standard purchase agreements and pulls price, addresses, parties, key dates, and contingencies. You review and confirm before the transaction record is created — nothing is ever auto-applied.
No. It drafts. You read, you edit, you send. Generated drafts open in the template editor so you can adjust tone, attach files, choose a signature, and review the recipient list before anything leaves your account.
No. SMS is opt-in, transactional, and account-related — deal milestones and portal activity for your own deals. Reply STOP to opt out at any time. See the SMS terms for detail.
We're admitting agents to the private beta in waves. Drop your email in the form below and tell us a bit about how you work — we triage based on fit, not first-come.
Request your invite and tell us a bit about how you run deals. We'll get back inside a week with next steps.
