Text notifications

Account texts, the boring kind.

KeyFlow can send you SMS notifications about deal milestones and time-sensitive client portal activity. These are transactional account messages tied to deals you're already running. You opt in explicitly — we'll never use SMS for marketing.

  • 01Opt-in is explicit. You'll only receive SMS from KeyFlow after enabling notifications in your account settings and confirming your number.
  • 02Message types. Deal milestone alerts (e.g., inspection scheduled, clear-to-close), portal activity, and one-time account confirmations.
  • 03Frequency. Message frequency varies by deal activity. Most agents see a handful of messages per week.
  • 04Reply STOP to opt out at any time. Reply HELP for help. Message and data rates may apply.
  • 05Mobile information sharing. KeyFlow does not sell, rent, or share mobile phone numbers or SMS opt-in data with any third parties or affiliates for marketing, promotional, or other purposes. See the Privacy Policy and Terms of Service for full detail.

The actual consent screen, shown to every member.

To receive SMS notifications, a signed-in KeyFlow member opens Settings → Profile → Text messages, enters their mobile number, and checks the consent box below. No checkbox, no messages — consent is recorded with a timestamp and enforced server-side before any SMS is sent.

Is KeyFlow tied to my brokerage?+

No. KeyFlow is your operating tool. You configure your splits and cap structure (we support eXp-style capping and generalize from there). If you change brokerages, your data, your templates, and your contacts come with you.

Where does my data live?+

In your KeyFlow account, on Google Cloud infrastructure. We don't sell or share your contact, transaction, or financial data. Export is supported — this is your business record.

Does Contract Extraction work with my state's forms?+

It works on standard purchase agreements and pulls price, addresses, parties, key dates, and contingencies. You review and confirm before the transaction record is created — nothing is ever auto-applied.

Does the AI Email Generator send for me?+

No. It drafts. You read, you edit, you send. Generated drafts open in the template editor so you can adjust tone, attach files, choose a signature, and review the recipient list before anything leaves your account.

Will I get a billion marketing texts?+

No. SMS is opt-in, transactional, and account-related — deal milestones and portal activity for your own deals. Reply STOP to opt out at any time. See the SMS terms for detail.
